Soft metal foils such as zirconium foil, titanium foil, niobium foil, and cobalt foil can be processed by four-roll or two-roll mills; if double rolling is used, 0.025mm zirconium foil can be processed. For metals with high resistance to deformation such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, etc., rolling mills with small roll diameters and high stiffness can be used.
