Industrial Fine Grain Powder Machine
BSG series self-absorb grinder with complete grinding system for food, chemical, and industrial applications. Capable of producing 10 to 120 mesh fine powder with capacities ranging from 50-5000 kg/h depending on model.
Working Principle
Raw material enters through the feed hopper into the pulverizer chamber, where high-speed rotating cutters impact and shear the material against fixed liners. High-speed fan blades generate positive pressure airflow, forcing powder through the screen into the cyclone dust collector. Ultra-fine powder is captured in the pulse dust collection box, ensuring zero waste and no fly ash.
