Our BS series high-speed hammer mill is engineered for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, and herbal powder industries. Ideal for small batch production and laboratory testing, this stainless steel grinder delivers consistent performance with adjustable fineness control.
Working Principle
The machine features a three-part construction: frame, mill chamber, and feeding system. A rotating cutter head on the spindle works in conjunction with a fixed ring gear to impact, rub, and cut materials. Particles smaller than the screen mesh pass through, while larger particles continue grinding until desired fineness is achieved.
