Our BSG series sugar grinding mill delivers high-efficiency powder processing with fineness up to 120 mesh and capacity ranging from 50-5000kg per hour. This versatile machine effectively grinds crystalline materials including sugar, salt, baking soda, spices, herbs, and grains.

The machine offers two grinding knife configurations to suit different material requirements:

• Disc Type: Superior grinding fineness with slightly higher heat generation
• Hammer Type: Recommended for heat-sensitive materials with excellent grinding performance

Material is crushed through high-speed relative motion between moving and rotating disks, combined with grooved disk impact, friction, and material mutual impact. The crushed material discharges directly from the chamber, with particle size controlled by interchangeable screens of varying pore sizes.
