The production process is continuous and can undertake the grinding of chemical products. Food, medicine, cosmetics, plastics, dyes, resins, grains, etc.

Through the high-speed rotation of the disc, under the action of centrifugal force, the material is crushed by the impact of the hammer installed on the disc, and then rotates to the surrounding ring gear at a very high speed. Due to the change of tooth surface, the change of air flow is instantaneous. The material is subjected to alternating stresses in the gap and is further completely crushed under this repeated action. The crushed materials enter the crushing classification chamber and are graded by the rotating classification wheel through the balance of aerodynamic force and centrifugal force. The separated coarse material returns to the crushing chamber from the bottom of the inner cavity of the shield and is repeatedly crushed. The fineness of the material (finished product) is sucked into the grading impeller and discharged from the discharge port.
