1.The Suction Box Description
UHMWPE(Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene) wear resistance dewater element is used for paper manufacturing machinery. Dewater element component includes: suction box covers, Doctor blade,Forming board,Scraper blade and so on. UHMWPE had used in parts of paper manufacturing machinery widely.

The forming board of the net part of fourdrinier paper machine consists of several slats with narrow gaps between them.The function of the forming board is to control the dewatering of fresh paper, and support the net between the chest roller and the first table roller (or the first group of table boards), to eliminate the phenomenon of jumping and improving the paper sheet
uniformity.
