CPE 135A is an elastic polymer impact modifier designed for PVC profile processing. This white powder chemical auxiliary agent offers excellent compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and wide application range for various industrial applications.
Product Applications
This impact modifier can be blended with multiple materials including sulfuration PE, epichlorohydrin rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber, polyohloreprere rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, and natural rubber to manufacture various sulfuration products for medium and low pressure applications in wire, cable, and leather industries.
As a synthetic rubber, it is suitable for producing hose systems, rubber belts, magnetic rubber components, and waterproof color rolling profiles. The material also enhances plastic blends including PVC, PE, PP, and ABS by improving impact intensity, flame resistance, cold resistance, and oil resistance properties.
