Oxidized Polyethylene Wax,OPE Wax 316A, archaically also 0.1-0.2% in polymethylmethac rylate resin.
Which is low adhesive,high softening point and good hardness with stable chemical char acteristics of good heat stability.
Act as the lubricantcostsaving agent and re lease agent in thecourseofextrudingcalen dering,injecting,blowing molding of PE PP and other plastic.

 

High-purity polypropylene wax, moderate viscosity, high melting point, good lubricity, and good dispersibility. It is currently an excellent auxiliary for polyolefin processing, high temperature resistance, and high practicability.

Properties

· It is white crystalline powder, which is inflammable, low toxicity, sublimation.

· It is slightly soluble in water, insoluble in benzene, toluene and petroleum ether, also soluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone and glacial acetic acid.
