I. Introduction
The T type prefab house is one of temporary buildings with the longest history and the widest distribution has been used for 40 years. After 15 technical improvements, the products have been widely distributed in all parts of the country and nearly 100 countries and regions around the world.
It has many features:
a. Structural safety: frame shear wall structure, cold-formed thin-walled light steel structure system, design wind resistance level 10 (Chinese standard).
b. Anti-corrosion effect: the structure parts are treated by color spraying, which is the best process method integrating appearance and anti-corrosion effect at present.
c. Patent waterproof: the roof adopts structural waterproof design, no nail holes or exposed nails on the outer roof surface, so as to eliminate the hidden danger of repeated roof disassembly and rain leakage.

Q: How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
Q: How to ship?
A: Loading by sea shipping container.
Q: How to install after the goods arriving destination?
A: We will provide detailed illustration photos and videos to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be borne by buyers.
