Non-laminating inkjet PVC sheet (Dragon card sheet) is known as the most economic material solution for normal card production. There are three sheets in one set including 2 transparent printing sheets (sheet A) plus 1 middle white core sheet (sheet B).

The recommended card production procedures with dragon sheets are detailed as below:
1. Print the image on the two sheets A with inkjet printer (remember to choose “mirror printing”) , wait and let the ink dry up completely ( normally around 5-10 minutes )
2. Remove the protection films on the middle core sheet, put the printed sheets right on both sides of the middle core sheet , then let it go through the rolling laminator (set temperature around 130℃-160℃)
3. Cut the laminated sheet into standard card, remove the protection film from the surface of the card .
