It is suitable for safety screening of raw materials, process screening, inspection

The vibration motor installed on the straight screen uses the phase angle of two sets of

eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper lower ends of its shaft, as

well as the crossing angle between the two motors, to convert the rotational motion of

the vibration motor into a multi-action force of, horizontal, inclined, and centrifugal

effects. This force is then transmitted to the screen surface to achieve the purpose of

screening. By changing the phase angle and of the upper and lower eccentric blocks,

the magnitude of the exciting force and the trajectory of the material movement can be

altered. The discharge port of the undersize on the ZPS straight screen adopts a

straight screen structure, which increases the discharge speed and discharge volume,

making it more suitable for rough screening processes such as materialurity removal.
