The Z-shaped dumping conveyor is an efficient material handling system designed for vertical lifting and horizontal conveying in limited spaces. Featuring a compact Z-shaped structure, this conveyor combines driving mechanisms, hoppers, and chains to circulate materials with minimal footprint while maximizing throughput.

When activated, the driving mechanism powers the traction components (chains or belts), moving the attached buckets in a continuous loop. Materials enter through the feed port and are collected by buckets that ascend vertically along the Z-path. At the top, buckets transition horizontally and discharge materials via gravity or mechanical means at designated locations.
