Working principle

When the closed tonnage bag feeding station is working, the tonnage bag is first transported smoothly by the crane and other lifting equipment to the preset position on the top of the feeding station and fixed. Then, the bag breaking device in the station is started, and the bottom or side of the ton bag is accurately broken through the sharp tool or mechanical clamping and tearing action, and the material falls naturally under the action of gravity. In the process of falling, the vibrating screening device begins to work, the motor drives the screen to produce high-frequency vibration, the material constantly pulsates on the screen, and the fine particles that meet the screen aperture pass through smoothly and enter the subsequent transmission pipeline or storage container; Large particles are intercepted for further processing.
