The SFBD Series Vertical Fluid Bed Dryer with Internal Stirrer utilizes screw extrusion and vibration technology to granulate materials through humidity control, high-speed mixing, and fluidization processes. Working Principle
Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom via an induced-draft fan, passing through the screen plate into the raw material chamber. Through continuous stirring and negative pressure effects, the material achieves a fluidized state where moisture rapidly evaporates, enabling efficient and quick drying.
