100mm Disc Diameter Cyclone Filtermat Spray Dryer 18000rpm for Food & Chemical Processing
RWSD food rotary spray dryer machine is widely applied in liquid process shaping and drying industry. This specialized drying equipment produces solid powder or practical products by drying liquid materials including emulsions, suspensions, mashes, liquors, and various solutions.
After filtering and heating, air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air spirals uniformly into the drying chamber. Material liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the tower top, rotating and spraying into extremely fine mist liquid beads. Through brief contact with hot air, products discharge continuously from the drying tower bottom and cyclone separator, while waste gas discharges via blower.
