Operating Principle
The conical chamber features a heating jacket using hot water, thermal oil, or low-pressure steam. Under vacuum conditions, the spiral belt agitator rotates to continuously turn materials, ensuring full contact with heated surfaces for efficient heat transfer and moisture evaporation. Vapor is extracted via vacuum pump with optional liquid recovery through condenser systems.
