The CHPD series paddle dryer is an ISO9001 certified indirect heating processor designed for efficient drying of sewage sludge and industrial materials. Featuring dual counter-rotating shafts with wedged paddles, jacketed drying chamber, and sealed operation to prevent environmental contamination.
This mechanically agitated indirect heat transfer device processes materials through drying, heating, cooling, pasteurization, crystallization, and chemical reactions. Heat medium (steam, hot water, or thermal oil) flows through hollow shafts and paddles via revolving joints, transferring heat to wet materials without direct contact.
