This 19-meter height pressure nozzle spray dryer with 3.8-meter diameter tower is engineered for efficient drying of zirconium oxide and other industrial materials. The system features rapid drying capabilities, completing the process in just 10-60 seconds while maintaining product quality.
Working Principle
Feed liquid is pressurized through a diaphragm pump and atomized into fine droplets that contact hot air flow. Most particles are collected from the bottom discharge, while exhaust and fine powder are separated via cyclone separator with 96-98% recovery efficiency.
