The 1000 watt rectifier (R48-1000) converts standard AC supply voltages into stable nominal-48V DC voltage adjustable to the needs of the application. The R48- 1000 is a constant power rectifier designed with the latest patented switchmode technology using DSP (Digital Signaling Processor) functionality for efficient operation.

For a higher load capacity, rectifiers can be connected in parallel and intelligent control can be added with the help of a separate controller

Main functions and features of R48-1000 
1. Hot swap: The rectifier module adopts non-destructive hot swap technology, and its output and input have soft start units. When the module is inserted into the system, it will not Cause the disturbance of the output voltage of the system. The module replacement time is less than 1 minute. 
2. Digital current sharing: the rectifier module adopts advanced digital current sharing technology, no monitoring module is needed, and the current sharing between the modules can be automatic, and the current sharing is uneven The balance is less than 1.5A. 
3. Input power limit control: The rectifier module adopts advanced power limit control methods according to changes in input voltage and output voltage. The conversion point is 176V. When the input voltage is 176Vac290Vac, the module can output the maximum power; when the input voltage is 85Vac176Vac, it can not only ensure the maximum load demand at low input voltage, but also ensure the reliable operation of the module.
