Catalytic Combustion Technology
Catalytic combustion represents a sophisticated gas-solid phase catalytic reaction involving deep oxidation with active oxygen. The catalyst surface facilitates adsorption, increasing reactant concentration and accelerating reaction rates. This enables flameless combustion where pollutants are oxidatively decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O while releasing substantial thermal energy for effective purification.
Safety & Protection Features
The system incorporates temperature probes and supplementary cooling valves. When catalytic combustion chamber temperatures exceed preset limits, cooling valves activate to introduce fresh air for dilution and cooling, ensuring equipment protection, extended service life, and accident prevention.
System Construction
Main structure consists of purification unit, induced draft fan, and electrical control components. The purification unit integrates heat exchanger, preheating chamber, catalytic bed, flame arrester, and explosion-proof device. Furnace body features 100mm thermal insulation with surface temperature maintained at ≤ ambient temperature +30°C.
