• What is LVT Flooring?

Applicable places: all indoor places
 

The LVT floor structure mainly has 4 floors from top to bottom:

1) UV coating: prevent slipping and make stain handling easier, using double-layer coating for high stain resistance

2) Wear-resistant layer: pure PVC transparent wear-resistant layer covers the printing layer

3) Color film printing layer: the design pattern of the floor printed on the white film

4) Middle layer/base layer: use a mixture of calcium carbonate, PVC, DOTP as the bottom layer, in line with EU standards.

Short for luxury vinyl tile, LVT is designed to replicate hard surface flooring materials such as stone or wood, yet provide many more practical benefits. Available in planks or tiles, LVT uses a realistic photographic print film and a clear vinyl layer that opens up a wide variety of design concepts. Even the most trained of eyes have a hard time distinguishing LVT from the products that it mimics.

• Wood PVC Flooring of Productoin Process

1.Bottom layer workshop: production of PVC floor substrate (main ingredients: PVC, stone powder)

2.Hot pressing workshop: the wear-resistant layer, color film, middle layer,bottom layers are pressed into semi-finished products.

3.Color film workshop: cutting color film and wear-resistant layer into required sizes.

4.Press workshop: PVC floor will be cut into fixed specifications, and packaging.

5.Water cooling and UV coating :release the expansion f the vinyl flooring to make sure size stability and surface wear resistant.

6.Cutting the floor into different sizes:the most popular size:

For plank it is 6''X36'',7''X48'',9''X48''

For tile it is:600mmX600mm,18''X18''

7.Trimming or slotting if needed:

Trimming makes the floor edge smooth,better for installation.

Slotting makes interlock on the edge of the floor,it is automatic operation,improve the efficiency and quality.

8.Quality inspection:Actually,this step is undergoing during basic material workshop,hot pressing workshop,cutting workshop,etc.

9.Packing:normally it is 24pcs for 18''x18'',36pcs for 6''x36'',if you have any requirements,please let us know.
