Quality inspectors will test the flooring quality in four steps to guarantee your floor in perfect condition.

a.When the basic layers production finished,will check if the thickness is even as required standards.

b.During flooring production,they take floors randomly through each pallet to check the thickness and color difference.

c.During cutting into required sizes,will check the color difference again.

d.Before packing,will check the installation sealing between floors,size and color difference again,if any floors with defects found,will report to production mananager timely and make solutions.

Q1: Is your company a trading one or a factory?
A: Factory and trade (we have our own factory and offices in South China.)
Q2: How can I get a sample of required material for confirm the quality?
A: Please give the exact thickness, structure of each layer, with also finishing of surface you need as far as possible. We could choose appropriate samples for you according to your specification.
Q3: How is your sample charge?
A: For existing samples: free on charge when no more than 1 square meter. Express time will be 3 days.
It is our company rule that we will appreciate if you pay freight charge of samples.

Q4:Can you help us to shorten the lead time? Because there is not enough time left for us to deliver the goods to our customer within the lead time.
A: In a way, yes, we can get our factories reschedule their production, as long as the lead time of our other customers are not affected.
