Hard Drawn Aluminum 1350 ACSR Conductor with Galvanized Steel Core - 7×3.5mm Strands, 186kg/km Weight
Hard drawn Aluminum 1350 and galvanized steel wire stranded ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) conductors designed for overhead transmission lines. These composite conductors feature excellent strength-to-weight ratio and reliable performance in various environmental conditions.
- ASTM-B232: Standard specification for Concentric-Lay-Stranded Aluminum 1350 Conductors
- BS215-2: Aluminum conductors steel-reinforced for overhead power transmission
- DIN48204: Steel reinforced aluminum stranded conductors
- IEC209: Aluminum stranded conductor steel reinforced
We produce cables meeting ASTM, BS, CSA, DIN, GB, and IEC standards.

ACSR conductors are widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels. Their simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost, and large transmission capacity make them ideal for crossing rivers, valleys, and challenging geographical terrain.
- Maximum continuous operating temperature: 70°C
- Maximum stress at sag lowest point during rare climate events: ≤60% of short-time destructive power
- Connecting tube installation requires proper alignment and moisture-proof varnish application
- Arc downing stress during installation should be consistent across all conductors
ACSR is a composite concentric-lay-stranded conductor featuring a galvanized steel strand core surrounded by one or more layers of EC Grade Aluminum wires. Steel cores available in single strand or concentric-stranded configurations of 7, 19, 37, or more wires.
