XLPE PVC insulation aluminum conductor overhead cable transmission line designed for reliable aerial power distribution with excellent thermal and mechanical properties.

Applications
Low Voltage Applications (0.6/1kV and below)

Suitable for aerial power distribution lines as fixed laying lines or service wire.

Medium Voltage Applications (10kV)

Ideal for electricity supply on aerial power transmission lines, preferred for 10kV engineering transmission line construction and grid system transformation. Suitable for line maintenance and security applications.

Reinforced Applications

Stranded aluminium conductor steel-reinforced cores aerial insulated cables rated for AC voltage up to 10kV.

Material Technology

Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) materials are derived through processes that create cross-bonding activity among conventional polyethylene (PE) molecules. This cross-bonded PE matrix retains outstanding electrical properties while demonstrating vastly improved thermal and mechanical properties, especially regarding high temperature strength.
