1. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

2. We don't know how to install,can you help?

A: We offer both online and on-site installation instructions and testing. Please communicate with us in advance, we will negotiate to confirm the more appropriate guidance to ensure the smooth completion of the project.

3. What is the warranty?

A: We offer 5 years warranty. If the product fails during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will immediately send out new replacements and freight charges in case of emergency. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order

4.What is the payment period?

A: For sample orders, we can accept wire transfer 100% in advance, PayPal, Western Union.

    For large orders, please pay 30% deposit by wire transfer and pay 70% balance before shipment. 

5. Can I add my logo on the product label?

A: Yes, but order quantity is requested depending on different lights.
