JIS F 2030-1978 Type A Single Point Mooring Chock Ship Towing Equipment

Description:

The single point mooring pipe is a bulwark mounted type marine chock and is made according to the standard of JIS F 2030-1978 (Japan Industrial Standards F). They are part of standard mooring setup, between ship bitts and the mooring bollards, suitable for temporary mooring and used specially for the guidance of rope mooring lines onboard a large vessel. The JIS F2030 mooring pipe is found at the vessel's bow bulwarks, below the gunwale, to avoid wear and tear of the mooring line. B type JIS F2030 mooring pipes are welded at the vessel bow. It is manufactured by steel according to the requirement of standard JIS G 5101. It has two types, which are oval single point mooring pipe (Type A) and oval inclined one (Type B). All the single point mooring pipes offered by YS marines are approved by BV, CCS, ABS, DNV, etc.
