This advanced separation system efficiently separates concrete from lightweight materials including wood, paper, plastic, and other debris. The separated concrete is repurposed for road foundation construction, while lightweight materials are directed to appropriate recycling streams.
Waste materials travel along the main belt conveyor where lightweight materials float on the water surface due to their lower density. Materials with density below 1000kg/m³ (wood, plastic) are removed by the sweep belt conveyor, while concrete and stones continue through the alternative processing path.
