Ultrafiltration Water Treatment Plant Overview
This skid-mounted ultrafiltration (UF) hollow fiber purification system is designed for capacities ranging from 20TPD to 5000TPD. The system effectively treats ground water, surface water, tertiary treated effluent, storm water, or wastewater with turbidity levels up to 300 NTU.
Standard System Configuration
The complete treatment process includes pre-screening (bag filter or self-cleaning screen filter), outside-to-inside capillary ultrafiltration modules, automated air scouring, maintenance cleaning (MC) system, and a CIP system for periodic recovery cleaning (RC).
Operation Modes
The UF system can be configured in two operational modes:
- Dead-end configuration for lower turbidity applications (
- Cross-flow configuration for higher turbidity applications (
