Furnace Construction
This cylindrical bell-type annealing furnace features an elegant design with robust construction. The furnace shell utilizes 6mm steel plate welding with structural reinforcement. High-quality silicate aluminum refractory acupuncture blankets form the furnace lining with double-sided thermal insulation, processed under strong compression for optimal heat retention.
Heating System
Heating elements employ 0Cr25Al5 flat resistance tape mounted on the lining wall with high-aluminum refractory bolts, arranged in upper and lower heating blocks. The furnace bottom incorporates high-strength lightweight refractory brick and high-alumina brick castable construction.
Furnace Pot
The furnace pot is constructed from 321 stainless steel with 8mm thickness, featuring corrugated body design and ellipsoidal bottom with 12mm thickness. This configuration provides excellent oxidation resistance and heat resistance up to 1100°C.
Control System
Advanced control cabinet includes SCR power control, intelligent temperature display, operating parameter settings, and over-temperature alarm protection for safe and precise operation.
