Cylindrical design with 6mm steel plate welded construction. High-quality silicate aluminum refractory acupuncture blankets form the furnace lining with double-side heat insulation. Heating elements utilize 0Cr25Al5 flat resistance tape mounted on lining walls with high-aluminum refractory bolts.
Constructed from 321 stainless steel with 8mm thickness, featuring corrugated body design and ellipsoidal bottom (12mm thickness) for oxidation resistance up to 1100°C.
