Component Details
Pay-off System
Hydraulic high pay-off with two hydraulic arms and single supporting capacity ≤ 2500 kg. Dual volume line exchange enables continuous operation.
Descaling Unit
Drawing Blocks
Precision cast steel blocks undergo re-tempering treatment after rough processing. Working surfaces are welded with wear-resistant piano wire and sprayed with carbide tungsten, then precision ground. Block working surface hardness exceeds HRC60 with internal aluminum spraying. Features narrow gap water cooling internally and concentrated air cooling externally. All blocks include leaning rollers for stability.
Spooler Take-up
Frequency conversion motor drive enables continuous operation. Bearing frame includes dual slide rails for easy replacement (bearing frame dimensions provided by customer).
