Disposable Flexible Silicone Reinforced Laryngeal Mask Airway
Laryngeal Mask Airway channels oxygen and inhalational anaesthetic to the lungs. Laryngeal Mask Airway can be used during anaesthesia, or while a patient is unconscious. Laryngeal mask airways are designed to be an easy way to secure the airway and ventilate a patient. Laryngeal Mask Airway is also less likely to damage teeth or the larynx itself. Laryngeal Mask Airway may form an air-tight seal.
Laryngeal Mask Airways are used in anesthesia and in emergency medicine for airway management. They consist of a tube with an inflatable cuff that is inserted into the pharynx. They cause less pain and coughing than an Endotracheal Tube, and are much easier to insert.
Cuffs are available in multiple sizes.
