Operation Procedure
- Remove product from pouch while avoiding contamination
- Completely deflate cuff using syringe with Ruhr tapered-end joint
- Apply water-soluble lubricant or saline to cuff
- Hold laryngeal mask airway with pen-style grip
- Open patient's mouth and insert along jaw with index finger
- Stop advancing when resistance is felt
- Inflate cuff to indicated pressure (not exceeding maximum capacity)
- Insert dental pad, fix position, and maintain ventilation
- After use, completely deflate cuff before removal
