The Hollow Paddle Dryer is a horizontal agitating dryer based on heat conduction technology. Featuring inner hollow agitating blades shaped like paddles, this energy-efficient drying equipment was originally developed in Germany and later improved in Japan. The device utilizes indirect heating through heat conduction, requiring only minimal gas to carry away moisture, which significantly reduces heat loss and improves thermal efficiency up to 90%.
Working Principle
KJG Series Hollow Paddle Dryer operates through conduction heating with low-speed stirring. The dryer body features a jacket, while hollow paddle blades on the hollow shaft contain heating medium. Wet materials are stirred by the paddle blades and undergo heat exchange with both the shaft and blades. Available in horizontal configurations with two or four shafts.
