Polyester Resin 93/7 NH3345 in TGIC system with 140°C/15mins low Cure and Anti Frost

◇ Applications:

NH3345 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system.

It's the anti blooming version of NH3343.

◇ Basic features:

Good leveling

Good mechanical properties

Good weathering resistance

Excellent anti-frost

Low curing temperature

◇ Specifications:

Appearance white or light yellow transparent flake

Color (50%DMF): max: 3

Acid number(mgKOH/g): 30～35

Softening point(℃): 100～110

Glass transition temp.(℃): ～60

Melting viscosity(ICI, mPa·s/200℃): 6500±1000

Reactivity at 180℃(s, 7% TGIC): 50±30

◇ Recommend Formulation for white powder:NH3345—TGIC

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 140℃×15min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec) 30~80

Horizontal flow (180℃), mm: 16~22

Gloss(60°): ≥88%

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥1H

Impact (50cm) pass
