Industrial Pillow Plate Heat Exchanger Overview
The pillow plate is hydraulically inflated using water through a hydrostatic pump, ensuring a safe inflation process. This process pressurizes two sheets, allowing material deformation to create cavities for heat transfer media including liquids, steam, or refrigerants.
Design Specifications
Our double embossed pillow plates consist of two layers of similar material thickness that deform on both sides after inflation. This design eliminates the need for a flat side during operation, making them ideal for immersion applications, clamping systems, heat recovery banks, refrigeration systems, falling film coolers, freezers, ice machines, and immersion coolers.
