Manufacturing Technology
Two sheets of titanium steel are overlapped and precision-welded using laser technology. The process involves laser ring welding in the center of the sheet and dual laser welding seals around the perimeter. High-pressure liquid injection between plates creates controlled expansion and deformation, forming a hollow plate heat exchanger with optimized surface geometry.
