Automatic Falling Film Tubular Evaporator with MVR Technology
This mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) tubular falling film evaporator provides efficient thermal separation with significant energy savings for industrial concentration processes.
Working Principle
Material is preheated and distributed through the upper tube box, forming uniform liquid films along heat exchange tubes. As the material flows downward, heating steam on the shell side causes boiling and evaporation. The concentrated liquid collects in the lower pipe box while secondary steam enters the gas-liquid separator for purification before compression and reuse as heating steam.
