Product Description
Agrose Magnetic Beads for Protein Purification
Product Overview

BeaverBeads™ Protein A and Protein G magnetic beads are superparamagnetic particles covalently coated with recombinant Protein A or Protein G Fc binding domains. These specialized beads enable efficient purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies from various biological samples including cell lysate, blood plasma, ascites, and tissue culture supernatant. The product supports repeated use and is suitable for antibody immobilization studies.

Technical Support & FAQs
How to improve antibody elution efficiency?
For high-affinity antibodies with low elution efficiency, optimize by reducing elution buffer pH (1.9-2.5), increasing ionic strength (2-3 M MgCl₂), or extending elution time. Note that antibodies may aggregate under low pH conditions - immediately neutralize with alkaline buffers (Tris, HEPES, etc.).
How to prevent magnetic bead adhesion to tube walls?
Use low-adsorption consumables and add 0.01%-0.1% (v/v) nonionic detergent (NP-40, Tween-20, or Triton X-100) to buffer solutions to minimize bead adhesion.
