Product Description
TGFY series pneumatic rotary valve are mainly composed of casing, impeller, bearing seat, observation window and other parts.
1. Casing: In order to reduce weight, increase strength and reduce deformation during processing, the casing uses steel tubes.
2. Impeller: The impeller blades form an angle of 5 degrees on the axis and spiral into the casing, which reduces the torque when the impeller rotates and improves the conveying effect of materials.
3. Observation window: The observation window is connected with the upper and lower glands with rubber sleeves, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly, and can quickly troubleshoot.
4. Transmission mechanism: In order to adapt to the use in different places, the main shaft adopts two structural forms of series transmission and separate transmission. The tandem drive adopts the shaft pin connection form, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly, light and handy, compact structure, and convenient for installation.
