Brief of Pulp Molding Machine

1. Pulp Moulding production line is known as egg tray line for using massively in produce egg tray.

2. Pulp Moulding production line, which uses waste paper, cardboard, leftover material of paper mill, by hydraulic pulper, mix making a certain dense pulp, and pulp is absorbed by vacuum of special metal moulding to become wet products, through drying , and shaping to become finished products.

3. Pulp Moulding Line processing makes use of recycled water and does not lead to water or air pollution. Finished packaging products can be recycled after being used in storage, transport, and sales. After shredding, they are easy to be decomposed as paper, even if discarded into the natural environment.

4. Automatic pulp molding production lines can be mass production of various food container, egg tray, lunch boxes and so on.

Production process

Paper pulp molding egg tray production line is comprised by 3 systems as pulping system, forming system. For Such a small capacity, Usually dry by sun, save cost and easy to operate.

1. Pulping System

It includes raw paper smashing, impurities removing, pulp defibering, additives, pulp further grinding, Pulp blending, pulp supplying etc.

Related machines: Hydropulper, (vibration screen, pulp grinder),agitator, pulp pump, pipe etc.

2. Forming System

The forming system is the process to produce the wet egg tray by forming machine.

The whole process includes the forming machine, moulds, vacuum pump, steam separator, air compressor, air storage tank etc.

Forming machine is one of the main equipment of the whole egg tray (box) production line. Its function is to produce the wet egg trays. So it is the important supporter for the line. Only under the forming machine’s co-working, the molds, the negative pressure control, the positive pressure control can realize their functions.

The machine can make different finished product by changing the mold like fruit tray, bottle tray, electric packaging product tray, coffee tray etc.
 

3. Drying system

(1) Natural drying method: The product is dried directly by weather and natural wind.

(2) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, the heat source can be natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood, liquefied petroleum gas and other heat sources.

(3) New-type multi-layer drying line: The 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy than transmission drying. The main heat source is natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, methanol and other clean energy sources.

4.Shaping system

After dry the machine ,the finished tray need hot press shaping .make the tray smooth
