Equipment Overview

The servo motor drive mechanism is used to perform linear plug-and-pull repetitive actions on the sample, and an external load can be connected for on-off testing. Power on and off time, test speed, stroke, and angle can all be preset through the touch screen.

It is used to test whether electrical accessories such as electric vehicle charging interfaces, industrial plugs, sockets, and couplers can withstand the mechanical stress, electrical stress, and thermal stress that occur during normal use without excessive wear or other harmful effects, with the purpose of verifying their reliability.

Technical Parameters

Function	It has the function of simulating the normal operation of the charging interface, which can realize the plug-in and pull-out operation of the charging interface, also has the programmable setting of test speed, test time and test times
Drive mode	The servo motor drives the plugging and unplugging movements and the rotating and liquid-wetting movements, and the auxiliary cylinder realizes the opening and closing of the switch interlocking mechanism.

Solution tank	Equipped with one solution tank, which can accommodate IEC 62196-1:2022 clause 23.3.2 salt and dust water simulated solution, please note that the solution should be prepared by user
Solution dip requirements	The numbers of dip, dip time, drying time, plug-in and withdrawal times, and cycle times can be set
