Description:

FENTENG FW0035 is a wetting agent with superior performance. Suitable for HPL and LPM melamine resin, phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, there is no air bubbles in the process of use, and can effectively reduce the surface tension of the resin.

Adding FENTENGT FW0035 in the production of various plain paper, black paper, and glitter printing paper can have good performance in laminate pressing.

With FENTENG-mold release agent, it can produce smooth and flowing impregnated paper.

Applications:

FENTENG FW0035 was added in the first stage coater,It is recommended to use the release agent series (such as MR0905MR0904MR0802 and so on) for better results.Usually 0.3% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.
