Description:

FENTENG FW0026 is an additive with various characteristics, mainly used for MDF density board and particle board, especially suitable for continuous production of thin board.

This product has the functions of wetting, penetrating and demoulding, which can reduce the amount of resin, shorten the hot pressing time, reduce equipment cleaning costs, improve the quality of the board, and reduce the overall cost.

Applications:

FENTENG FW0026 was added in the first stage coater,The recommended dosage of this product is 0.3%-0.5% of the weight of the resin. The exact dosage is based on actual tests. It is recommended to start with the dosage of 0.3%.
