Description:
FENTENG FW0033 is a kind of high performance penetrating agent composed of various surfactants. It can be used in urea formaldehyde(UF) resin, melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin, modified amino resin and other water-soluble resins.
FENTENG FW0033 already reduce the surface tension of resin solutions at very low dosage levels. Thus, the resin penetration into the impregnated paper is improved, more consistent, & a smooth and even surface film is produced.
In combination with catalysts, release agents and an eventually modified resin a perfectly closed laminate-surface with high gloss can be created.
FENTENG FW0033 agents are environmentally friendly, low foaming, transparent liquids, which do not disintegrate during normal laminating temperatures. Color variations and surface blemishes will not occur during lamination.
Applications:
Usually 0.1-0.2% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.
*Note:
the penetrating agent should be added before the curing agent, and then the curing time should be tested.
