Product Describtion
FENTENGDS211 is a high-efficiency water-based dispersant suitable for dispersing inorganic fillers. It is usually used to disperse titanium dioxide in the production process of impregnated decorative paper to make titanium dioxide suspension slurry.
Applications
In the production of plain paper, due to some reasons the paper has insufficient covering effect or adjusts the color, we can improve the performance of the paper by adding titanium dioxide. However, the use of titanium dioxide can easily lead to uneven filler distribution, block equipment, and difficult to clean. Adding dispersant-FENTENG DS211 to the titanium dioxide can achieve a good dispersion and suspension effect, which is easy to produce, use and clean the equipment.
Leak handling
This product is a non-flammable and explosive industrial grade chemical product and cannot be used in any food and medicine.
When the product leaks, it is recommended that the operator wear a dust mask, wear a gas-proof suit, and do not touch the leaked material. When a small amount of leakage occurs, rinse and dilute with a large amount of water. When a large amount of leakage occurs, it should be covered with plastic sheet, and then collected and recycled.
