Product Describtion
FENTENG AD215 is a non-foaming dust remover, which not only eliminates the foam on the surface of the impregnated paper during the production process, but also the product is foamless.
Due to the high temperature baking in the process of producing impregnated paper, a lot of glue bubbles will be produced in the resin. Not only causes the waste of raw materials, but also leads to a harsh production environment and endangers the health of the staff. FENTENG AD 215-dust removal agent is added in the production, which can effectively control the volatilization of water without forming gel bubbles and inhibit the generation of dust on the surface of the impregnated paper.
Applications
1.The best dosage of release agent is 0.1-0.3% resin .The final dosage is adjusted according to the smoothness of the decorative paper and the requirements of the pressing process.
2.The degree of reaction depends on the PH value and reactivity of the resin. The boiling water curing time of the resin ranges from 8.5-10 minutes.
3.The anti-dust agent is usually added in the second stage coater .
