Product Describtion
It reduces the surface tension of resin to improve the wettability of the substrate Increase of surface slip and scratch resistance and anti- blocking properties, improve leveling, improved gloss . It can add to swater-soluble resins such as urea-formaldehyde resins, melamine-formaldehyde resins, modified amino resins and so on.
In the production process of impregnated paper, it is recommended to use our mold release agent MR0905 and dedusting agent AD215 to prevent the resin from foaming during the soaking and drying process, which can improve the leveling of the resin and reduce the production of surface foam. In the pressing process, it can increase the stain resistance of the layout and improve the brightness of the paper surface.
Applications
The recommended dosage is 0.2% of the weight of the resin. If the permeability of the plain paper is poor or the sizing ability is insufficient, it is recommended to increase to 0.3% of the weight of the resin.
