Description:
1.For impregnation resins used in overlay and decorative paper, we offer a comprehensive selection of direct and latent catalysts CT0233 for UF, MF and MUF resins for LPL, HPL and CPL processes. All catalysts show a high efficiency, leading to a reduced overall consumption.
2.catalysts CT0233 contain no halogens. Thus, no harmful decomposition products may be formed during incineration. As this product have a neutral ph-value and do not react corrosively, press surfaces are not corroded and the pot life of the resin is not affected.
3.CT0233 can speed up the curing speed of melamine impregnated paper and laminated paper in the pressing process.
4.Impregnated paper in the production process commonly used additives are curing agent, penetration agent, film release agent, anti-stick agent, dust-proof agent, defoaming agent, anti-static agent; For the production of impregnated paper liquid surface with spraying section, wear-resistant paste will also be used. Additive dosage is not large, but it plays an important role in the quality and production process of veneer paper and veneer panel.
