Description:
FENTENG FW0035 is a wetting agent with superior performance. Especially for dark paper, black paper and other grams of paper, the effect is remarkable.
With FENTENG-mold release agent, it can produce smooth and flowing impregnated paper.
Applications:
FENTENG FW0035 was added in the first stage coater,It is recommended to use the release agent series (such as MR0905MR0904MR0802 and so on) for better results.Usually 0.3% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.
Leak handling
This product is a non-flammable and explosive industrial grade chemical product and cannot be used in any food and medicine.
When the product leaks, it is recommended that the operator wear a dust mask, wear a gas-proof suit, and do not touch the leaked material. When a small amount of leakage occurs, rinse and dilute with a large amount of water. When a large amount of leakage occurs, it should be covered with plastic sheet, and then collected and recycled.

Storage
can be stored at 25 ℃ for one year in a closed container. at higher temperature, the storage period decreases slightly. It may coagulate at low temperature, but its effect will not be affected after thawing.
